Important Reminder
Before wearing, please inspect your watch thoroughly upon receipt.
If issues are found, something is wrong, or you changed your mind, please get in touch with us immediately and let us know what’s going on. We’re here to make sure you’re as happy with your watch as we are proud of it.
Warranty
The warranty period is valid for 12 months for Odyssey and 24 months for Asteri after the date of purchase.
Our warranty covers any workmanship or material quality defect that may occur with normal and reasonable use during the warranty period. In these cases, Argos shall cover the costs of repair/replacement of the watch (and parts of the watch) that are validated as defective under normal and reasonable use.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not apply to any repairs, replacement, or costs for the following:
- Repairs necessitated by use other than usual and reasonable use.
- Damage caused by alterations, modifications (unauthorized attempts), abuse, accidents, or negligence (subject to verification by our team).
- Scratches, dents, chips, or deformation caused by normal wear and tear.
- Any condition/s not caused by defects in material and workmanship.
