Refund policy

Returns

If you want to initiate a return, please get in touch with info@argoswatches.com. We will happily provide an exchange or refund within 7 days of receipt (based on tracking information). However, if seven days have passed, we can’t offer you an exchange or refund.

To qualify for a return, your watch must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with intact plastic wrapping.

Refunds 

Once we have received the returned watch, we shall notify you about the receipt. Once inspected and verified, we will contact you through email if the return and refund are approved. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the total amount shall be credited automatically (or applied if you used a credit card) through the original mode of payment used within a few days.

Missing Refunds

If you were notified that the refund had been initiated and couldn’t receive it after a few days, please get in touch with us at info@argoswatches.com.

Return Shipping

You shall be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. However, if we were able to validate that the watch has been returned because of a defect in material or workmanship, we will shoulder the cost of the return shipping.
